Ah Alex. He is just so full of laughter and fun! I know that after the session my cheeks where hurting from smiling so much! It is impossible to not be happy around this kid!
And he is just so good looking! Seriously we had such a great time, and I'm REALLY happy with the way the pictures came out! He wanted a few pictures with his awesome car, so it was fun to kind of play around with lighting and stuff like that.

Vendor Feature - Simply Shani Weddings -

I'm going to start doing Vendor features here on the blog and they can range from boutiques, to wedding planners, to a Makeup artist.

I first reached out to Shani about doing a Styled session in May. This was the first time I was putting together a styled session and I was SOOOO nervous that she would say she wasn't interested (being turned down is a big fear of mine, especially when I reach out.) But of course she said she would LOVE to and totally worked with me on theme and color palette and everything! She wasn't able to be there for the actual photo shoot, but everything still turned out great!

Then last month she reached out to me about shooting a wedding cake that she was submitting to an online floral store blog to be featured. I of course was honored that she asked me and even though the setting was not ideal, I still thing we got great pictures of the cake. And seriously, the pictures don't do justice how amazing it was!

So really, for ALL of your wedding needs, you need to talk to Shani. She is so organized and so creative! She does cakes, bouqets, decorating, styling, she even told me she occationaly does hair and make-up. She's AMAZING! You need to contact her!

A few words from Shani: Tia does an amazing job! I'm a wedding planner and I've seen hundreds of bridal sessions. Tia is one of the best.

Testimonial Tuesday - Morris Family -

It is always a HUGE honor when another photographer asks you to take photos for them. Lynette is awesome and a talented photographer herself, but if any of you have kids, you know how they just won't smile when mom is taking the picture. So she asked me to take photos of her daughter. It was a last minute session because she was getting braces on the next day! But it turned out AMAZING. She knew the look she was going for and had outfits planned out to the last detail.

Loved working with Tia!! She was professional, quick, and had great ideas. She made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease while taking her photos. My daughter loved working with her and kept commenting for days how much she liked Tia and the poses that she had for her. I was thrilled when I saw the completed images. Colter - Southern Utah Senior Photographer

So this was such a fun session! It was mainly a Senior session for Colter but his younger siblings tagged along so we could grab a few pictures of them too for Mom's wall.
I could tell that they were excited to be there and finally get pictures done. Colter is so handsome! I think he doesn't know exactly how handsome he is, but we had a good time! We started doing the "fake laugh" with everyone because eventually it made everyone REALLY smile!
I seriously had a blast and got so many amazing pictures! I'm so glad that I got work with this family and that they chose me to take their pictures!!

Testimonial Tuesday - Clyde Family -

Let's hear it for another Testimonial Tuesday! Whoop!
So this family, I love dearly! (Do I say that every time? well it's true! I love them all!)
These guys are super close friends with us and I'm not joking when I say that Kelby is my husband's BEST friend. Seriously.
But anyway, I am so glad that I got to do their family pictures while Angel was pregnant, then she had a beautiful little girl and I did some newborn pictures too! Ah! It was so fun! So here I let Angel say a few words: (because we all know Kelby didn't write this! haha)

I was super impressed by Tia. When we arrived for our family session she had everything set up and ready to go. She came with lots of fun and cute ideas. She was fantastic with my kiddos. She was amazing at keeping their attention. Tia, also, did a newborn session of our newest addition. Again she was super prepared which I LOVE about her, and she was so patient with my uncooperative little one. Her hard work and patience with my baby was much appreciated. She takes amazing photos and I will be going back to her again for sure!! I loved everything about our experience and I loved our photos!!!
